In this document, “you” refers to the participant or user who accesses or registers for AyniWasi courses, workshops, sessions, or services.

Welcome to AyniWasi – School of Energy Medicine.
By purchasing any course, workshop, program, or 1:1 healing session from AyniWasi, or by participating in any offering conducted by Swati Mishra, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

All workshops, courses, healing sessions, and programs offered through AyniWasi are open to individuals across age groups unless otherwise specified. Minors must participate with parental/guardian consent.

All content delivered through AyniWasi — including energy healing techniques, breathwork, guided meditations, emotional healing tools, and educational material — is intended for informational and spiritual growth purposes only.
AyniWasi teachings are not a substitute for:

- medical advice,
- psychological or psychiatric treatment,
- professional therapy or counselling, or
- any licensed healthcare service.

Please seek appropriate medical or mental health support where required.

- All payments must be completed in full before access to any course, workshop, or session is provided.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if offered, will be based solely on AyniWasi’s written policy for that specific program.
- If a payment plan is offered, all instalments must be completed as agreed.

All content shared through AyniWasi — including videos, audio files, worksheets, course materials, healing practices, slides, recordings, texts, meditations, and digital resources — is the intellectual property of Swati Mishra (AyniWasi).
You may not:

- copy, publish, or distribute content,
- share course materials with others,
- reproduce or use AyniWasi content for teaching, commercial, or public purposes

without prior written permission.

Participants may share personal experiences during sessions, circles, community spaces, and group classes. You agree to:

- respect the privacy of all participants,
- not disclose anyone’s personal information outside the group, and
- uphold a safe, compassionate learning environment.

Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
AyniWasi reserves the right to remove any participant — without refund — for:

- abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour,
- harassment or harm to others,
- sharing offensive or unsafe content,
- disrupting sessions, or
- violating community guidelines.

In AyniWasi groups, communities, or messaging channels, you agree to:

- avoid harmful, defamatory, or inappropriate communication,
- refrain from spam, promotions, or unsolicited marketing,
- maintain a supportive environment for all participants.

Violation may result in immediate removal without prior notice.

Participants are responsible for having:

- a stable internet connection,
- an appropriate device, and
- updated software necessary to access the program.

Energy healing, breathwork, emotional processing, and spiritual practices are deeply personal experiences.
Individual results vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Your personal experience depends on your commitment, openness, and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- AyniWasi and Swati Mishra are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any offering.
- This includes physical, emotional, financial, or technological outcomes.
- You participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your well-being.

If you have medical, emotional, or psychological concerns, please consult a licensed professional before engaging.

By using AyniWasi services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AyniWasi and Swati Mishra from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising from:

- misuse of content,
- participation in programs,
- violation of these Terms, or
- interactions with other participants.

AyniWasi reserves the right to:

- modify course content,
- change schedules,
- reschedule sessions,
- update platform access, or
- cancel offerings if necessary.

If a cancellation occurs from AyniWasi’s end, alternative arrangements or partial refunds may be provided at our discretion.

You agree not to:

- attempt unauthorized access,
- upload viruses, malware, or harmful files,
- disrupt the website/platform, or
- infringe on copyrights or trademarks.

Such actions may result in legal consequences.

By registering for any AyniWasi course, workshop, masterclass, healing session, or digital offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
