Why We Do It This Way

Rebirthing YOU is deep, personal work, done in a small group of 8–10 women. Before anyone joins, we have a clarity call — not a formality, but a real conversation to make sure this is genuinely right for you and for the group. Because of that step, we rarely see refund requests. But you deserve to know exactly where you stand, and why the policy is built the way it is.

Real transformation is rarely comfortable in the first couple of weeks — that discomfort is often where the actual shift begins. A refund window that stays open once we're deep into the work would make it easy to leave right when staying matters most. So instead, we've built a clear window to change your mind before that work begins, and real, human flexibility after — not a rigid rule, but an actual conversation if life gets in the way.

Before Week 2: Full Refund, No Questions Asked

If you've enrolled and something's changed, you can request a full refund any time before Week 2 begins. Email us and it's handled — no convincing needed, no guilt.

From Week 2 Onward: No Refunds

Once Week 2 begins, refunds are no longer available. This isn't about making it hard to leave — it's because your seat has been held in a capped, intimate cohort that can't simply be resold or backfilled once the group has begun to form together.

If something genuinely unforeseen comes up — illness, a family emergency — reach out to us directly. We'd rather talk it through and find a real solution (a pause, a deferral to the next cohort) than hide behind a policy. This will always be handled person to person, not by a form.

Payment Plan

If you're on the two-part plan (₹25,000 to secure your seat, ₹24,999 by Week 2), the same timeline applies: full refund if you cancel before Week 2. Once Week 2 begins, the second payment is due as agreed, since your seat has already been reserved.

How to Request a Refund

Email hi@ayniwasi.com with your name and enrollment date. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
